The Opportunity

Lead the charge in innovating and implementing tools for BDR and Sales teams, improving Marketing and Sales alignment. This role will focus on improving platforms used by BDRs, as well as tools supporting closer collaboration on sales plays and omnichannel campaign execution with existing and upcoming Adobe technology in Adobe Experience Platform. You will work cross-functionally to deliver scalable solutions that improve BDR processes, prospecting, and lead engagement.

What you'll do
  • Own the product vision and roadmap for Digital Experience BDR tools.
  • Partner with business users to create journey maps, write business requirements, and design solutions for improved alignment and workflow efficiency.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and collaborate with operations teams and product engineering to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Optimize BDR workflows between Outreach, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and marketing automation platforms.
  • Drive adoption and usage of tools by developing training, documentation, and change management strategies.
What you need to succeed
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, sales/revenue operations, or a related technical role.
  • Strong understanding of BDR and Sales workflows, including prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline management.
  • Hands-on experience with Outreach, chat platforms, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Proven ability to recommend and implement technical solutions to business needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a matrixed organization.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Adobe Experience Platform) is a plus.
  • Analytical approach with experience using data to drive decisions and measure success.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $111,000 -- $212,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
