Lead product innovation for an AI-powered imaging documentation ecosystem, focusing on strategy, interoperability, market analysis, and workflow transformation.
Smart Reporting is looking for a visionary Senior Product Manager (all genders) to drive the unification of our products into a next-generation, AI-powered enterprise imaging documentation ecosystem. You will lead innovation in generative AI, interoperability, and workflow automation to transform clinical documentation, enhance efficiency, and deliver measurable value for healthcare providers.
Preferred location: US/Canada East Coast
Strategic Product Leadership
- Drive the product vision and roadmap for the unification of our products into the next-generation AI-powered enterprise imaging documentation ecosystem
- Define and execute the product strategy for generative AI integration, including ambient reporting, automated impression generation, imaging AI integration and intelligent automation of clinical documentation
- Collect, analyze, refine and prioritize customer feedback
- Establish evaluation frameworks and performance benchmarks that ensure product compliance with evolving AI regulations
- Partner with customer success teams to drive product adoption and realize customer value
Enterprise Imaging Informatics
- Lead the evolution of our platform requirements to support cloud-native, scalable, and interoperable solutions
- Champion interoperability and open standards such as FHIR, FHIRcast, and HL7 for seamless healthcare ecosystem integration
- Ensure product capabilities that seamlessly integrate with PACS, RIS, and emerging im-aging infrastructure
Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape for both legacy incumbents and emerging players
- Identify market opportunities in ambient documentation, AI-powered clinical insights, and automated workflow management
- Develop go-to-market strategies that position Smart Reporting as the leading enterprise imaging documentation platform
- Lead and support customer research initiatives, beta programs, and post-market surveillance to ensure product-market fit
- Analyze product usage data to drive feature prioritization, performance optimization, and customer success initiatives
Clinical Workflow Transformation
- Partner with health systems, radiologists, clinical leaders, imaging informaticists, and healthcare administrators to deeply understand clinical and administrative needs
- Design user experiences that ease adoption, save time, reduce administrative burden, eliminate documentation gaps, improve report quality, and deliver value-added data
- Drive innovation in workflow orchestration, incidental findings management, peer review automation, and quality assurance workflows
Requirements
Product Management Excellence
- 5-7 years of product management experience in healthcare technology, with 4+ years in either in medical imaging, imaging AI or clinical documentation
- Proven track record of successful product launches in competitive enterprise healthcare markets
- Demonstrated independent leadership and ownership of execution, especially in complex stakeholder environments
Healthcare & Imaging Domain Knowledge
- Strong understanding of radiology workflows, RIS/PACS integration, imaging informatics, imaging AI, data analytics and clinical documentation processes
AI & Technology Expertise
- Experience with AI/ML and speech recognition in medical imaging and healthcare production environments, with a focus on usability, compliance, and reliability.
- Knowledge of natural language processing, speech recognition technologies, and se-mantic understanding architecture
Leadership & Collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams of technical product managers, engineers, UX designers, medical affairs, regulatory, sales, and customer success
- Experience working directly with clinical stakeholders, including radiologists and imaging informaticists
