Role Overview: As a visionary Senior Product Manager, you will spearhead the integration and optimization of pioneering AI technologies within Trimble’s suite of Construction Management applications. Your role is pivotal in driving transformative outcomes, enhancing customer value, and boosting revenue through intelligent solutions.  You will lead and mentor a team of product managers to this exciting digital future of improved customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic AI Integration: Implement cutting-edge AI technologies to revolutionize Trimble CMS, ensuring significant customer impact and revenue growth.

  • Roadmap Leadership: Craft and steward a forward-looking product strategy and roadmap, aligning with Trimble’s overarching business goals.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Champion your product vision across executive levels and functional teams, ensuring alignment and excitement around set milestones.

  • Agile Product Development: Oversee product lifecycle, from ideation through launch, collaborating closely with UI/UX designers and engineers to ensure market-fit and user-centric designs.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a linchpin between various teams, facilitating seamless communication and synchronized efforts towards common goals.  

  • Performance Monitoring: Rigorously analyze product performance, aligning outcomes with business objectives and swiftly addressing any deviations.

  • Customer Interaction: Lead proactive customer engagement initiatives to gather impactful insights, refine product features, and validate market assumptions.

Professional Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of excelling against performance metrics in a Product role.  

  • AI Product Expertise: Proven success in embedding AI technologies within B2B platforms, translating complex functionalities into substantial market successes.

  • Proven GTM Excellence: Demonstrated ability to bring AI workflows to market that meet or exceed business, user, and revenue targets.

  • Leadership & Influence: Demonstrated ability to lead by example, mentoring peers and guiding teams with a strategic vision in high-stakes environments. 

  • Bachelor/Master level of understanding in data, analytics, information science, business or information technology

  • Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical capabilities with a knack for deep-diving into data to derive actionable insights.

  • Collaborative Excellence: Exceptional interpersonal skills, adept at building and maintaining strategic partnerships both internally and externally.

  • Detail-Oriented Perspective: While meticulous with details, adept at zooming out to grasp the strategic big picture.

  • Full professional proficiency in English, with exceptional command over both written and verbal forms.

About your location: In a hybrid role, you will work with your manager to establish a mutually agreeable schedule for your time working in the office based on the position and the business need. Typically hybrid positions are 3 days per week, or 40%-60% of the month in the office.
