The Role

As a Senior Product Director, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of blockchain-based products across our portfolio.

You will work closely with engineering, design, business stakeholders, and clients to define product vision, prioritize opportunities, and drive products from concept to launch.

This role requires a strong product mindset, exceptional communication skills, and practical experience delivering blockchain products in production environments.

We're looking for someone who understands both the technology and the user experience challenges that come with building in Web3.

What You'll Do

• Define product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for blockchain and Web3 products.
• Identify market opportunities and customer needs through research, data, and direct customer engagement.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products and features.
• Translate complex blockchain technologies into products that provide clear customer value.
• Drive product planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple initiatives.
• Work with clients, partners, and stakeholders to align business objectives with product strategy.
• Define success metrics and use data to inform product decisions.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, operations, and business teams.
• Help establish product management best practices and mentor other product managers.
• Stay informed on industry developments across blockchain, digital assets, AI, and emerging technologies.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of product management experience, including experience leading complex technology products.
• Proven experience shipping blockchain, cryptocurrency, Web3, or digital asset products.
• Strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems, smart contracts, wallets, tokenization, and decentralized applications.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience defining product roadmaps and making prioritization decisions in fast-moving environments.
• A track record of delivering products that create measurable business and customer impact.

Nice to Have

• Experience with DeFi, tokenization, stablecoins, digital identity, or blockchain infrastructure products.
• Experience in startup, consulting, or high-growth technology environments.
• Familiarity with AI-powered products and emerging technologies.
• Experience managing product managers or leading product organizations.

Compensation

Base Salary: $250,000 – $400,000 USD

Compensation is determined based on experience, technical expertise, location, and overall impact. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may receive performance-based bonuses, equity participation, or token incentives where applicable.
