What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Product Designer at CoreWeave, you will independently lead end-to-end design across CoreWeave Cloud Console, translating complex infrastructure and platform needs into intuitive, high-impact experiences for developers, engineers, and enterprise teams. You'll bring strong design craft and sharp product judgment to a broad surface area, defining strategy, solving ambiguous problems, and consistently raising the quality bar across the product.

This is a generalist role with real scope. You'll work across Cloud Console, touching everything from account management and billing to compute orchestration and observability, partnering closely with Product and Engineering to shape direction, not just execute it. You'll articulate clear design rationale, advocate for user needs, and contribute meaningfully to a growing design team and culture.

We're looking for a designer who is actively using AI tools in their design workflow today, not as a novelty, but as a core part of how they move faster, prototype smarter, and solve harder problems. Comfort with technical complexity and a bias toward experimentation are essential here.

You'll be joining a small, high-trust design team. The work is broad, the impact is real, and there's room to shape how design operates at one of the fastest-growing infrastructure companies in the world.

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of experience as a versatile senior designer who can own all facets of design, including user research, UX, interaction design, prototyping, and UI design.
  • An excellent portfolio showcasing user-centered problem solving through interaction design, visual design, and systems thinking.
  • Deep proficiency with Figma and a solid understanding of building usable, accessible, and modular designs that scale.
  • Experience partnering with Product and Engineering to define strategy and solve complex problems for technical users in B2B, infrastructure, developer tools, or platform contexts.
  • Actively incorporates AI tools into your design workflow — using them to move faster, prototype smarter, and tackle harder problems.
  • Comfortable working with technical complexity and ambiguity; you help teams frame problems, not just resolve them.

Preferred:

  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, or modern frameworks for prototyping or implementation.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, developer tools, or enterprise platform products.

Wondering if you’re a good fit? We believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams – even if you aren't a 100% skill or experience match. Here are a few qualities we’ve found compatible with our team. If some of this describes you, we’d love to talk.

  • Care deeply about users: You love connecting with real users daily, helping them solve issues and understand good patterns for using our tools. You approach questions and requests with a kind, thoughtful tone that makes users feel appreciated and connected to our team.
  • Autonomous: You work well in a self-directed environment, proactively finding ways to improve processes and collaborate with team members or engaged users.
  • Curious and driven: You are eager to explore machine learning and learn more about the engineering stack and common ML workflows, solving problems in both fast-paced, short-term sprints and in larger, long-term projects.
Why Us?

We work hard, have fun, and move fast! We’re in an exciting stage of hyper-growth that you will not want to miss out on. We’re not afraid of a little chaos, and we’re constantly learning.
