Job DescriptionAs a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design efforts for our US office and create intuitive and engaging user experiences across our digital platforms.
You will work within the Product Design team in the Design and UX department, who are responsible for the strategic design, visual direction and development of our product. With a new focus on the US market, we are looking to craft innovative mobile app experiences that resonate with an American audience.
This role offers the rare opportunity to shape a global product and bring fresh perspectives on what American users want and need, while working with a team that has deep expertise in betting.
Working alongside talented international design teams maintaining our global product, you will use your understanding of sports culture to push forward our Sports app, challenging the market leaders.

The salary range for this position is between $110,000 to $140,000 annually.
- Extensive background in app and web product design, with significant commercial experience.
- Strong visual portfolio showcasing both product design, including advanced graphic work.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
- Deep understanding of design fundamentals such as typography, layout, and user psychology.
- Appreciation of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in physical and virtual contexts.
- Proven ability to conceptualize innovative ideas, while proactively solving problems and learning.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience of working for a global brand.
