About The Mobile-First Company

Most tools for small businesses weren’t built for real operators.
They were built for employees in offices, not people running a business from their phone.

We’re changing that.

We build mobile-first business software that feels like a consumer app, runs on AI, and spreads like a creator brand.

Our first product, Allo, gives you a second number on your phone, answers missed calls with AI, transcribes everything, and syncs it to your CRM.

Over 20,000 businesses use it every day.
Next up: expenses, invoicing, and more.

We’ve raised +15 million dolars from Base10, Lightspeed, EMBLEM, and 30+ top operators.
Our team is based in Paris, Buenos Aires, Miami.

What you will do

You'll join our team of 2 designers and own end-to-end design for our products across mobile and web.

  • Own product design end-to-end by identifying opportunities, designing solutions, collaborating with engineering, and shipping iteratively

  • Design for mobile and web, everything starts mobile, then scales to larger screens

  • Leverage AI tools throughout your design process to move faster

  • Deliver consumer-grade experiences that make SMB software intuitive and delightful

  • Turn complex workflows into simple, elegant journeys

  • Work directly with PM, engineering, and growth to ship fast

  • Stay close and regularly talk with customers

  • Build and evolve our design system across platforms

What we're looking for
  • Strong mobile app experience (B2C preferred, B2B is a plus)

  • You're comfortable designing for both mobile and web

  • You've shipped products with real user traction

  • You own the full design cycle autonomously

  • You simplify complex workflows into intuitive flows

  • You ship fast without compromising quality

  • You leverage AI tools in your design workflow

  • You're product-minded and understand business impact

  • You make decisions and take initiative

  • You use data and user insights to inform design

  • Fluent in English

  • Startup environment experience

We're NOT looking for:
  • Designers who only deliver Figma files

  • People who wait for instructions

  • Anyone uncomfortable speaking with users

  • Designers who prioritize process over impact

  • People who prefer comfort zones over fast-paced environments

What matters to us
  • Users first: We obsess over people running their business from a phone

  • Small teams, big impact: Everyone ships, feedback is fast, results matter

  • Global mindset: Building for SMBs from Miami to Paris

  • Ownership: Move fast with autonomy and accountability

  • Languages: English is our official language. Most of us speak Spanish and French too

What we offer
  • Competitive salary (in USD or local equivalent)

  • Equity package

  • 10-day team retreats abroad twice a year

  • Onboarding in Paris (we cover flights and housing)

  • Laptop and work setup of your choice

  • AI tools of your choice, fully covered

  • Private health insurance (for US or LATAM hires)

  • A tight, ambitious team building something real, fast
