About Revv
Revv is on a mission to revolutionize the global auto repair industry and shape the future of safer, smarter roads. Backed by $20 million in funding from visionary investors like Left Lane Capital, Soma Capital, Aglaé Ventures, and 1984 Ventures—and recognized as one of Bain Capital Ventures’ Top 50 Vertical SaaS Startups of 2024—we’re addressing the increasing complexity of modern vehicles and the ripple effect it’s having on repair shops. Our AI-powered platform is transforming how shops handle advanced vehicle safety systems, delivering actionable insights that streamline workflows, boost revenue, and enhance vehicle safety. With over 2,100 repair locations onboarded and seven figures in annual recurring revenue achieved in record time, we’re scaling rapidly—but this is only the beginning.
At Revv, we’re not just changing the way repairs are done—we’re redefining the legacy of an industry that impacts millions of lives every day. Our bold vision is to become the global leader in auto repair technology, empowering shops of every size to master increasingly complex vehicles while ensuring safer roads for all. With our co-founders being named as Forbes 30 Under 30, support from industry leaders like Abhi Ramesh of Misfits Market, and an award-winning product celebrated for its innovation, Revv is setting a new standard for safety, efficiency, and growth. If you’re ready to join a team that’s shaping the future, rewriting the rules, and leaving a lasting legacy, we want to hear from you. Together, let’s revolutionize auto repair and build a smarter, safer world.

About the RoleADAS calibration is one of the hardest problems in the repair industry. A single job can involve dozens of sensors, shifting requirements, missing data, and documentation that has to hold up to an insurer months later. Most software in this space makes shops pick between powerful but painful and simple but shallow. We don't accept that tradeoff.
As a Senior Product Designer, you'll own a product domain end to end, not just execute on a spec. You'll set its design direction inside the patterns and standards we've already established, so the work stays consistent with the rest of the platform while the domain is yours to shape. You'll work with a PM to scope the work in a PRD, drawing on user research and input from engineering. From there you own it through ideation, validation, and release.
What You'll Do
Own a product domain end to end. You'll drive it from a scoped PRD through release.
Make design decisions, bring them to design review, and work with engineering to take them from concept to build.
Handle the hard parts of safety-critical, insurer-facing work. The edge cases, the missing data, the documentation that has to hold up to a carrier later.
Build within our design system and help strengthen it. Use the system, close any gaps, and keep AI-generated output reusable instead of throwaway.
Partner closely with our engineering team and speak their language well enough to make good tradeoffs together.
Who You Are
You can own a domain and run it mostly solo.
Your interaction design and taste set the bar for what we ship.
You design for all paths, not just the happy one. You catch the edge cases and error states before they ship.
You produce a lot of good work fast, and you'd rather be building than sitting idle.
You already design with AI and you want to push it further.
You take on more because you care how it turns out, not because someone assigned it.
What We're Looking For
A senior product designer with a portfolio of shipped, complex B2B work and 5+ years of experience.
Strong UI/UX skills and visual craft shown by clean, build-ready specs at handoff.
Deep Figma skills, plus fluency with design systems and tokens. You build within a system, improve it, and understand how it scales, even if you won't own it on day one.
Real examples of AI in your design process and the drive to stay current with the tech.
Bonus if you've got it:
Exposure to automotive, collision repair, insurance, ADAS, or another complex domain.
Branding and visual identity range we can lean on as our platform evolves.
Front-end fluency and a real feel for how design gets built, enough to collaborate closely with engineering and work nearer the code over time.
