Location: Fully Remote.

Job Description: Senior Product Designer
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team in developing an innovative multi-agent LLM system for computational modeling in clinical research. Your role will be crucial in creating user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing interfaces for our AI-driven platform.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the UI/UX design process, creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using Figma, Adobe XD, and other tools.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • Conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and develop marketing materials.
  • Maintain product backlog, prioritizing based on user needs and business value.
  • Ensure platform usability through rigorous QA testing.
  • Evolve and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent visual design.
  • Manage communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Develop websites using HTML, WordPress, and other platforms.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
  • 9+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
  • Experience in web development with HTML, WordPress, FusionAuth, and similar technologies.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and agile development processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in creating and implementing brand guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in clinical research, healthcare, or scientific computing.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and designing for diverse user groups.
  • Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
  • Understanding of version control systems for design artifact management.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Adaptability to rapidly evolving AI technologies.
  • Empathy for end-users and advocacy for their needs.
