We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer II to join Fairmarkit’s Product Design team. You’ll lead design for a key product area, shaping experiences that are simple, powerful, and trustworthy — even when underlying procurement workflows and data are complex.
This role is for someone who can own ambiguous, high-impact problems end-to-end, set clear direction, and elevate team outcomes through craft, influence, and mentorship.

At the Senior Product Designer II level, your work doesn’t just improve features — it shapes how an entire product area succeeds, and raises the quality bar for how we design and deliver across teams.
Responsibilities: What You’ll Do- Lead a major product domain. Own end-to-end design for a high-impact area across discovery, delivery, and iteration.
- Set design direction. Define and communicate a clear design POV aligned with product strategy and company goals.
- Drive problem framing. Partner with PM/Eng/Data to identify the right problems and recommend solution paths.
- Simplify complex workflows. Deliver elegant experiences for data-heavy, multi-step procurement journeys.
- Align stakeholders through ambiguity. Clarify goals, tradeoffs, and priorities to keep teams moving forward.
- Use insight to steer strategy. Combine research, feedback, market trends, and data to guide direction.
- Lead research efforts. Plan studies, recruit participants, synthesize results, and drive action from findings.
- Raise the craft bar. Produce high-quality UX/UI with strong interaction detail and edge-case coverage.
- Influence beyond your squad. Ensure your product area connects into cohesive cross-product journeys.
- Mentor and uplift others. Support designers through critique, pairing, guidance, and example.
- Deep senior-level experience. 7–9+ years designing digital products, ideally B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.
- Strategic portfolio impact. Work that shows you shaped direction and delivered measurable outcomes.
- Proven ambiguity leadership. Strong track record of owning unclear problems and setting a path forward.
- Cross-functional influence. Comfort partnering at a senior level and influencing roadmaps.
- Advanced Figma practice. Deep mastery of systems, prototyping, and scalable UI patterns.
- Strong research competence. Ability to lead studies and translate insights into product decisions.
- UX mastery and accessibility. Consistent delivery of usable, inclusive, human-centered experiences.
- Complex data fluency. Experience designing dashboards, tables, filters, and enterprise workflows.
- Clear English communication. B2+ proficiency.
- Enterprise or procurement background. Experience in ERP, fintech, procurement, or similar spaces.
- Cross-team initiative experience. Led multi-squad or multi-surface projects.
- Design systems contributions. Ownership or major influence on shared patterns/components.
- UX writing skills. Experience shaping system-level copy and guidance.
- Tooling familiarity. Maze, Miro/FigJam, Confluence, Jira, etc.
For this role we are looking for a candidate based in the East Coast in the US. The annual compensation is $161,000 - 210,000.
