We started Super.com to help maximize lives–both the lives of our customers and the lives of our team – so that everyone can experience all that life has to offer. For our employees, our promise is that Super.com is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to unlock one’s potential, where learning is celebrated and impact is realized.
We are more than a fast-paced, high-growth tech company; we care about our people and take career progression seriously. This is your career and our aim is to supercharge it through the people, the work, and the programs that fuel who we are.
About the role
We’re looking for a versatile, strategic, data-driven, and highly skilled Senior Product Designer who can move seamlessly between big-picture product thinking and meticulous design execution. In this role, you’ll flex across the full spectrum of product design—user flows, interaction patterns, visual polish, and rapid prototyping, along with a high level of craft, to ensure our products are consistent, scalable, and beautifully crafted. You’ll partner closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to define problems, explore wide solution spaces, and deliver intuitive, high-quality experiences that both delight users and drive business results. If you thrive in ambiguity, can shift gears between strategic vision and pixel-level detail, and enjoy shaping both products and the systems that power them, this role is for you.
This Senior Product Designer will play a key role in maintaining app cohesion through cross vertical collaborations, driving better app engagement, and increasing membership retention. You’ll be part of the Product Design team that spans across multiple product verticals, who collaborate to create a cohesive end-2-end user experience. You will work closely with your cross-functional partners to define your team’s quarterly strategy, ideate new concepts, rapidly prototype and test, inform the roadmap, and deliver impact through your work.
What you’ll be working on
- Design end-to-end experiences — from initial concept and user flows to high-fidelity visuals and polished prototypes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, researchers, and fellow designers to define problems and explore solutions.
- Balance big-picture product thinking with detail-oriented execution, moving fluidly between strategic exploration and production-ready deliverables.
- Conduct and synthesize user research and review data analytics to ground your designs in real customer needs and behaviors.
- Prototype and test ideas quickly, using both low-fi and hi-fi approaches to test and refine solutions.
- Advocate for design quality and user-centered thinking in product discussions and roadmap planning.
- Contribute to design critiques, offering and receiving constructive feedback to raise the bar for the entire team.
- Measure design impact through data, feedback, and business outcomes, iterating based on insights.
- Contribute to our design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and accessibility across products.
Who we’re looking for
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a high level of craft, and data-informed decisions.
- A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on craft, from concept to pixel-perfect execution.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners—PMs, engineers, researchers, and other product designers.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly, and keep projects moving forward.
- Clear communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills to align teams and advocate for a better user experience.
- Commitment to accessibility, scalability, and elevating the design quality with a long-term view.
- Mastery in Figma, and other design tools, for both product design and system maintenance.
Preferred experience
- Experience with UX writing
- Motion and/or interaction design skills
- Familiarity with data gathering and analysis tools, specifically Amplitude
