  • Evaluate the health of our peer-to-peer and centralized marketplace models, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for growth.
  • Write complex SQL queries and pipelines to understand user behavior and empower experiments
  • Create guiding visualizations and dashboards for monitoring the health of the business

What You'll Bring

  • You are passionate about data and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in a data science, analytics, or similar role in an e-commerce or marketplace environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets.
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills, with a deep understanding of user retention and behavioral analytics.
  • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and causal inference. Experience with multi-armed bandit approaches a plus.
  • Experience with A/B testing platforms such as Statsig
  • Understanding of marketplace mechanics, including supply-demand dynamics, network effects, and pricing models.
