The expected salary range for this position is $85,000 - $136,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.

- Oversee the overarching messaging
- Develop the process and communication roadmap
- Coordinate across market segments where messaging may be different
What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications)
- 5+ years of related work experience
- Ability to work cross the organization collaboratively and develop string partnerships
- Ability to distill complex messaging and simplify messages for external customers
- High school diploma or equivalent
What Can Give You an Edge (Additional Skills)
- 10+ of years of experience in Disability/Leave with experience at MetLife
