Senior Producer
Location: Remote-first (NYC-based preferred)
Team: Production & Client Services
As a Senior Producer at Addition, you’ll lead the production of cutting-edge, AI-powered projects for global brands, spanning image and video generation, experience design, and content systems, for marketing campaigns, and internal tooling. You’re a natural orchestrator who thrives in ambiguity, brings structure to complexity, and builds strong relationships with clients and creative teams alike.
This is a client-facing role that blends technical production management with creative collaboration. You’ll guide projects from definition through delivery, ensuring they’re on time, on budget, and exceptional in quality. If you’ve worked at the intersection of storytelling, technology, and operations, and love being the calm center of a creative storm, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership + Operational Excellence: Own the end-to-end delivery of creative and AI-enabled projects. Develop scopes, build schedules, manage budgets, and ensure smooth, transparent project flow.
- Client Management + Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for client partners. Lead project communications, manage expectations, and provide clear, strategic updates that build confidence and clarity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate seamless collaboration across disciplines, including AI engineers, content designers, strategists, creatives, and external partners. Help align teams and translate between technical and creative needs.
- Creative Production Oversight; Manage deliverables across formats (e.g., generative image/video, websites, DOOH, email, etc.). Ensure all assets meet quality standards and are ready for launch or client handoff.
- Risk Management + Adaptability: Anticipate challenges and proactively solve for timing, scope, or resource risks. Keep teams moving forward with a steady hand, even when the brief shifts or the tech evolves.
- AI Fluency + Innovation: Stay current with AI tools and platforms relevant to creative production (e.g., Runway, Veo, ChatGPT, Sora). Understand their capabilities and limitations to help guide project feasibility and scope.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in digital, design, or creative production roles, ideally within a creative agency, studio, or production company environment.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI, design, content production, and emerging AI workflows and platforms.
- Excellent project management skills: resource planning, scoping, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Experience leading interdisciplinary teams and navigating technical projects with creative outputs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including client-facing presentation experience.
- Comfort with project tools like Figma/FigJam, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Bonus Points for: Having familiarity with video post-production workflows and motion graphics pipelines.
