Join Our Growing Business Consulting Practice – Capco Middle East

Location: Riyadh (Onsite) | Practice Area: Business Consulting | Type: Permanent

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Process Transformation Consultant to support to join our practice. In this role, yu will work closely with Business, Operations, Risk and Technology teams, supporting transformation from initial assessment and process redesign through to implementation and benefits validation.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end process discovery to map operating models, diagnose inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and control gaps using structured root-cause analysis to distinguish symptoms from core systemic issues.
  • Map current-state (As-Is) workflows and architect practical future-state (To-Be) processes and controls to eliminate waste, standardize operations, and drive measurable efficiency and accountability.
  • Identify enterprise-wide process priorities and design, execute, and govern large-scale process improvement initiatives across all geographies, business lines, and functional teams.
  • Evaluate tasks to simplify, standardize, control, or automate processes, translating operational gaps into clear business requirements and actionable implementation plans.
  • Design and execute transformation initiatives while ensuring alignment with internal process standards, customer journey frameworks, and governance models.
  • Define process baselines, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and track post-implementation performance to validate intended business outcomes and ROI.
  • Contribute to the overall Operational Excellence strategy, championing a culture of sustainable continuous improvement, capability building, and process discipline.

What We’re Looking For

  • Relevant experience in process excellence, process transformation or operational improvement within financial services.
  • Practical experience applying methodologies such as BPM/BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, SIPOC, Business Process Reengineering, Process Mining or Continuous Improvement.
  • Experience successfully applying relevant methodologies in complex business environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience investigating complex processes and personally performing process discovery, evidence-based analysis, root-cause analysis, process redesign and control improvement.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to listen carefully, ask focused questions, structure ambiguous problems, communicate concisely and challenge senior stakeholders constructively.
  • Strong technology and data literacy, with the ability to work across applications, workflows, business rules, integrations, data flows, batch activities, system controls and exception handling alongside Business, Operations, Risk and Technology teams.
  • A results-focused approach, with the ability to separate facts from assumptions, translate findings into practical improvements and remain involved through implementation to demonstrate measurable business outcomes.

  • Wealth & Asset Management experience.
  • Experience using SQL, BI/data-analysis tools, process-mining tools or similar techniques.
  • Relevant process improvement or transformation certifications.
