The Role:

We’re looking for a talented and results-driven Senior Pricing Manager to join our Product Portfolio Strategy and Operations team. This role will be instrumental in driving initiatives around packaging design, pricing strategy, and pricing analytics to optimize monetization and fuel revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a wide array of responsibilities while working cross-functionally to ensure alignment and successful execution of pricing initiatives. This role will report directly to the Director of Pricing and Packaging.  

You Will:
  • Pricing Analytics and Process Optimization: Design and implement pricing analytics processes to monitor performance, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights.
  • Continuously improve pricing processes, focusing on automation, tracking, and reporting to enhance efficiency and impact. 
  • Regularly report on pricing effectiveness to stakeholders and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Partners, Enablement and Business Operations to communicate pricing updates, manage projects, and ensure seamless execution of pricing initiatives.
  • Pricing and Packaging Strategies: Lead the development and execution of sophisticated pricing strategies and packaging models aligned with business goals. 
  • Continuously evaluate and refine pricing approaches to ensure they drive sustainable growth and profitability across our product portfolio.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in pricing and packaging.
  • Use insights to guide pricing decisions and ensure market competitiveness.
You Have:
  • A solid foundation with 5+ years of experience in pricing and packaging, or product management, ideally within management consulting or SaaS.
  • A strong grasp of pricing frameworks and models (including subscription-based, usage-based, and tiered structures), and their real-world implications.
  • Advanced data analysis and financial modeling skills, with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Ability to communicate complex pricing insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, with a collaborative approach to driving results and navigating challenges.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment and juggle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Salary Range: $136,500-$195,409

In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
