Verint is building a unified, modern commercial model across its combined product portfolio. The Senior Pricing & Packaging Manager will own pricing and packaging strategy across the full product line — Verint WFM, Verint QM, CoPilots, CX Analytics, IVA/IVR, Knowledge Management, Verint Recording, Calabrio WFM, Calabrio QM, Calabrio Analytics, and the C-ONE bundle. You will define how we go to market, how we monetize AI, and how we make it easier to sell, easier to buy, and easier to bill.
What You Will Do:
- Design and own the go-forward pricing and packaging architecture across all products
- Build a unified good/better/best tier structure — simple to explain, compare, and buy
- Own the AI monetization model — evaluate and recommend credits, consumption, outcome-based, or hybrid structures
- Ensure AI capabilities are bundled into tiers to drive adoption, not blocked behind add-on charges
- Lead SKU rationalization — reduce complexity across the combined portfolio
- Develop value-based pricing grounded in customer ROI, competitive benchmarking, and willingness-to-pay analysis
- Build financial models to quantify the revenue and margin impact of pricing changes and tier restructures
- Manage real-time discount recommendation tooling in CRM for pre-approved deal structures
- Enable sellers with pricing collateral, AI value narrative, competitive positioning, and ROI tools
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Sales Ops to operationalize all commercial model changes
- Own pricing and packaging strategy across the full Verint portfolio — including AI monetization models, tier design, and SKU rationalization
- Lead end-to-end execution from business case through to field enablement, working across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure every pricing change lands and performs
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong financial modelling and value-based pricing analysis
- Ability to design tiers that are intuitive for buyers and motivating for sellers
- Confident presenter — able to influence and align SVP and Executive Leadership
- Cross-functional collaborator across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance
- Change management — guiding customers onto new pricing with minimal churn impact
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience required
- MBA preferred — not required for candidates with a strong commercial track record
- 8+ years in Pricing, Product Marketing, Product Management, or Strategy — B2B SaaS focus
- 3+ years building AI pricing models and packaging frameworks for multi-product portfolios
- Proven track record of pricing changes that drove measurable revenue growth
- Experience monetizing AI, platform, or consumption-based products strongly preferred
- Contact center, WFM, or CX software domain knowledge highly preferred
