Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior PPC Specialist to own and scale our paid performance marketing efforts across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Bing, and other relevant platforms. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven digital marketer with a deep understanding of SEM, paid social, and SEO fundamentals. You will play a crucial role in demand generation, customer acquisition, and growth experimentation.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid search and social campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing, and other relevant networks.
- Continuously A/B test ad copy, creatives, audience segments, and bidding strategies to improve performance.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and analytics teams to launch high-converting campaigns.
- Manage and optimize landing pages in collaboration with web/SEO teams to improve Quality Score and conversion rate.
- Own daily performance monitoring, pacing, and budget allocation across multiple channels.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and stay on top of digital marketing trends and algorithm updates.
- Support SEO strategy implementation in coordination with content and development teams.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in PPC/SEM and Paid Social campaign management.
- Proven success managing large-scale campaigns with measurable ROI (especially in B2B SaaS or startup environments).
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels, attribution, pixel tracking, and marketing automation tools.
- Experienced in media planning and budget allocation to maximize ROI across paid channels
- Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Facebook Business Manager, and Bing Ads.
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Sheets and data visualization tools.
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and their synergy with paid efforts.
- Experience working in high-growth, cross-functional environments.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience in a U.S.-based B2B SaaS or Fintech company.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
- Previous experience in startup or early-stage growth teams.
