Job Description:
In this position as a Senior Power Platform Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications, workflows, and reporting solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform to improve operational efficiency and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. In this position, you will also:
- Build and enhance applications, workflows, and reporting solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, and Dataverse.
- Translate business requirements into functional technical solutions that streamline processes and improve reporting and analytics capabilities.
- Design, configure, and implement scalable web applications and reporting tools to support internal enterprise initiatives.
- Develop comprehensive system documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), to ensure consistency, maintainability, and knowledge transfer.
- Identify critical dependencies and troubleshoot technical challenges, implementing solutions that ensure system reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, estimate development efforts, and prioritize platform enhancements.
- Support solution deployments and conduct post-deployment monitoring to evaluate system performance and user adoption.
- Maintain and improve existing Power Platform architecture and environments while implementing scalable development standards.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of direct experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, and Power BI.
- 5+ years of experience translating business requirements into technical solutions through business analysis and workflow automation.
- 3+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise applications and automated workflows, including performance troubleshooting and dependency resolution.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with data analytics and data visualization techniques.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, with strong collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities with a focus on efficiency, performance optimization, and system reliability.
- Experience with system design, configuration, and implementation within enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with SQL, Azure, or other cloud-based platforms.
- Relevant AI or advanced automation certifications are desired.
At Blake Willson Group, we believe in transparency and fairness in compensation practices. For this position, we offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $130,000 in the United States. Your individual salary within this range will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to your education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
