Why This Role is Exciting

As a member of the People Business Partner team, you’ll have the opportunity to partner with leaders, managers, and employees in our Customer Advisory Services, Finance, and Legal organizations to align our people strategy with our business strategy. In this role, you will act as a resource and advisor to employees, fostering trust through the application of clear HR processes, developing leadership capability, and offering coaching and support through all phases of the employee lifecycle. You will partner across the broader People team and with internal stakeholders to guide activities including performance and talent reviews, compensation planning, performance management, career development, leadership coaching, organizational design, headcount planning, and employee relations to support a growing and dynamic organization.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of HR experience, including at least 5 years as a People Business Partner supporting senior leadership in fast-paced, scaling organizations.

  • Deep HR expertise with a strong working knowledge of state and federal employment laws and best practices.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to distill complex, ambiguous situations into simple, clear, and actionable strategies.

  • Data-driven mindset, with experience leveraging people metrics and insights to design and execute impactful talent strategies that align with business goals.

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting global, matrixed teams within the technology or SaaS sector.

  • Prior experience partnering with Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services organizations.
