What you'll do:

  • Process full payroll cycle (e.g., day-to-day operations, regular bi-weekly, off-cycle payroll process for multi-states US using Workday Payroll/HCM

  • Process equity stock transactions.

  • Prepare payroll validation & reconciliation, and audit regular payroll processing activities.

  • Review & process timekeeping records

  • Prepare custom reports following each pay period

  • Prepare all termination and manual checks

  • Researches and resolves escalated payroll issues to correct inaccuracies, including processing adjustments and on-demand reconciliations

  • Respond to the JIRA case ticketing system and provide exceptional support to all associates.

  • Partner with HR for people data, compliance updates, and reporting

  • Other various duties which assist the accounting/finance group can also be assigned.

  • Partner with the internal team to test new setup, and system enhancements within the Workday environment.

  • Ability to prioritize and complete requests and assignments in a timely manner.

  • Support along side with Sr. Payroll Analyst to process Canada and PEO payrolls.

What you'll bring: 

  • 5+ years of payroll experience

  • A minimum of 3+ years of end-to-end Workday experience, most recently in a Senior Payroll, SME level, preferably

  • Process payroll greater than 2500+ employees US and ( international preference)

  • Proficient with Workday including report generations, Excel and Google Docs

Nice to have:

  • Workday HCM / Payroll

  • Workday Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking experience

  • Multi-state tax knowledge

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise best practice

  • Think analytically and can effectively apply logic to solve problems.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements.

  • Ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment and work independently and efficiently under pressure and meet

  • the deadline

  • Exceptional organizational skills, detail-oriented, strong focus on data accuracy, high sense of urgency, and a strong work ethic

  • Familiar with the Payroll Accounting process

  • Perform analysis of Payroll issues

  • Knowledge of the payroll function including, but not limited to, payroll interface, section 125, payroll processing, tax compliance,

  • Effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources

  • Take ownership for resolving issues that arise and use the experience as an opportunity for the collective team Strong customer orientation with

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to partner and build collaborative working

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation.The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $85,700 USD - $114,600 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
