About The Role

At G2, partnerships are a core growth engine. As our Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you'll champion G2's partner ecosystem and drive the awareness, reach, and value that our integrations bring to customers across every segment of the SaaS landscape.

This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who loves connecting the dots: translating complex technical concepts into compelling stories, building relationships that drive real outcomes, and bringing partnerships to life in the market in ways that move the needle. If you thrive at the intersection of product marketing, demand generation, and strategic partnerships, this role was built for you.

In This Role, You Will:

Launch Strategy & Integration Marketing

  • Own the end-to-end launch process for partner integrations and new product features, from internal alignment on joint value propositions to full-funnel go-to-market execution

  • Transform technical specs and integration details into clear, compelling content that resonates with sales teams and external audiences

  • Track and report on launch performance, measuring KPIs and sharing learnings to sharpen future GTM efforts

Strategic Partner Management & Co-Marketing

  • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for G2's "Strategic 5" partner organizations, fostering ongoing relationships and identifying mutual growth opportunities

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to weave partner value into G2's broader brand campaigns

  • Partner with external marketing counterparts to build and execute co-marketing plans that maximize visibility and business impact

Ecosystem & Program Development

  • Build and maintain the infrastructure behind G2's partner program, including internal and external documentation, assets, and program materials that reflect G2's brand standards

Event Strategy & Execution

  • Lead the development of regional, G2-hosted co-sponsored event series with top strategic partners, working alongside Demand Gen and Field Marketing teams

  • Evaluate, negotiate, and manage external partner event sponsorships from contract through post-event wrap-up, ensuring strong ROI on every investment

Minimum Qualifications:

We realize applying for jobs can feel daunting at times. Even if you don’t check all the boxes in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway.

  •  5+ years of experience in partner marketing, product marketing, or customer-facing sales/success roles, ideally within technology, SaaS, or marketplace businesses

  • A natural storyteller who can translate technical complexity into narratives that land with both internal teams and external partners

  • Experience negotiating co-marketing agreements, building joint value propositions, and developing supporting materials

  • Strong analytical skills, including comfort tracking ROI, interpreting adoption data, and managing partner marketing budgets

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and align partners on shared opportunities and drive mutually beneficial outcomes

  • A growth mindset with the ability to learn quickly in a fast-moving environment

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

  • Willingness to travel for events, conferences, and team offsites
