The Opportunity 

We’re looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager who will build and scale co-marketing strategies that drive joint demand generation, elevate our brand, and fuel partner-led revenue.

This person will lead the strategy to market to and through partners, in order to scale pipeline and build credibility with our partners. Partnerships to date have been one of GrowthLoop’s most effective channels, and this person will join a team that will leverage that momentum to drive continued growth.
This role will sit on the marketing team reporting to our VP of Marketing, and will serve as ‘the voice of the partner’ within that department. Day to day, this person will work exceptionally close with our partnerships team led by our VP of Partnerships. Applicants who bring a strategic point of view alongside a collaborative spirit will be especially successful in this role.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop Partner Marketing Strategy – Build and execute integrated marketing plans with our priority partners (Google, Snowflake, Databricks) to grow joint pipeline and brand awareness.
  • Lead Co-Marketing Campaigns – Plan, execute, and measure joint campaigns that leverage webinars, events, solution launches, and content (case studies, blogs, whitepapers, videos, win wires).
  • Execute Scalable Campaigns to Market to and Through Partners – Drive regular partner-facing marketing programs (e.g., co-branded newsletters, solution spotlights, enablement updates, email campaigns) to engage key contacts at Google, Snowflake, Databricks, and other ecosystem partners, keeping GrowthLoop top of mind and fueling joint pipeline at scale.
  • Demonstrate Solution and Technology Expertise – Serve as a subject matter expert in partner conversations, enablement sessions, and events, showcasing GrowthLoop’s solutions, differentiation, and category thought leadership.
  • Go-to-Market with System Integrators & Ecosystem – Collaborate with martech partners and system integrators to position GrowthLoop as the orchestration layer across the data + marketing stack.
  • Adapt Product Marketing Content for Partner Collateral – Align with product marketing on sales enablement calendar and adapt content for partners, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and solution briefs that articulate the value of GrowthLoop + partner integrations.
  • Leverage Event & Field Marketing to Educate Partners – Work with our event leader to leverage partner events and industry conferences to build relationships with partners and key stakeholders.
  • Relationship Building – Serve as the marketing point of contact for partner teams; align closely with partner managers, sales, and product to ensure mutual success.
  • Measure & Optimize – Track partner marketing performance (pipeline influence, sourced opportunities, reach) and continuously refine tactics.
What We Look For 
  • 4–7 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 years in partner marketing, alliances, or ecosystem marketing.
  • Experience working with cloud data warehouses (Google BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks). 
  • Proven experience working in the martech ecosystem, ideally with direct exposure to Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), data activation tools, or highly adjacent technologies.
  • Ability to build and demonstrate deep product and category expertise to educate and enable others
  • Deep expertise in co-marketing motions: joint campaigns, events, content, and demand generation.
  • Proven ability to work across sales, product marketing, and external partners (e.g., Snowflake, Google Cloud or other martech leaders) to drive joint campaigns, thought leadership, and demand generation.
  • Excellent leadership, project management and communication skills—able to juggle multiple campaigns and stakeholders.
  • A builder’s mindset: scrappy, creative, and energized by working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Relationships within Google, Snowflake, or Databricks ecosystems are a huge plus.
  • Familiarity with system integrators (SIs) and channel partner programs.
  • Background working with GTM teams that leverage an ABM motion. 

The estimated base salary ranges from $138,000- 165,000, USD. The total compensation will also include a meaningful variable component and equity in the company. Final base salary decisions will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors unique to each candidate, such as the individual’s skill set, depth of experience, and qualifications.
