ABOUT THE ROLE
Teikametrics is transforming the future of eCommerce with our AI-powered Multi-Marketplace Optimization Platform, helping brands maximize sales across Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok. Teikametrics is seeking a Senior Partner Manager, to help grow, build and manage our most strategic relationships with key partners. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring mutual success through deep collaboration, joint planning, and shared goals. This is a highly cross-functional role, requiring close coordination with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and grow a portfolio of high-impact partners, developing joint strategies to drive revenue and market expansion.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with partner stakeholders at all levels.
- Lead strategic planning sessions with partners to define objectives, KPIs, and co-marketing/co-selling initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align go-to-market activities, enablement efforts, and product integrations.
- Track, analyze, and report on partner performance to ensure mutual success and continuous optimization.
- Act as an internal advocate for partners, ensuring their needs are represented across the organization.
- Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and performance reviews in collaboration with the senior leadership team.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of experience in partner management or business development — ideally in a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to build and scale partner relationships that drive measurable business results.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align partner objectives with company goals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; comfortable presenting to senior executives.
- Highly organized with a bias for action and a knack for problem-solving.
- Passion for partnerships and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
