- Produce tailored intelligence deliverables—recurring reports, deep‑dive analyses, alerts, and advisories—based on client priority intelligence requirements.
- Hunt for adversary activity within client ICS/OT environments and support response and mitigation efforts.
- Research and analyze the OT threat landscape, tracking and assessing relevant threats, TTPs, and risks affecting each client environment.
- Leverage internal Dragos intelligence, OSINT, and platform data to inform threat hunting, analysis, and client‑focused reporting.
- Guide clients in effectively using Dragos products and services while helping shape and maintain their ICS/OT priority intelligence requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Intelligence, and others) to share insights, provide feedback, and enhance overall client outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 4 + years of cyber threat intelligence analysis experience, including working in a customer-facing role.
- Experience presenting intelligence or technical briefings to customers.
- Strong CTI writing skills, including confidence‑based assessments.
- Knowledge of ICS/OT adversary TTPs, major historical attacks, and their operational impacts.
- Ability to independently scope, shape, and deliver CTI products with minimal oversight.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity and defender frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK, DEFEND).
- Experience with data aggregation, hunting, or analysis tools (e.g., Synapse).
- A background in ICS/OT environments and knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks is highly preferred.
