Job description:
We are looking for a seasoned, strategic, and hands-on Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the OCM and Communications workstream lead on complex, enterprise transformation initiatives, owning both strategy and execution while partnering closely with executive stakeholders to drive alignment and adoption.
This role requires experience supporting large-scale programs that combine technology implementation, business process change, and operational transformation. You will translate complex, often ambiguous initiatives into clear, actionable change strategies that enable teams to move forward with confidence.
Our engagements span multiple workstreams, cross-functional stakeholders, and evolving requirements. Success in this role requires the ability to quickly assess complexity, establish structure, and drive momentum across teams. As the workstream lead, you will operate independently, advise senior leaders, facilitate alignment, and deliver high-quality outputs that drive results.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Serve as the OCM and Communications workstream lead, owning strategy, execution, and outcomes across complex transformation programs.
- Advise executive sponsors and senior leaders on change risks, stakeholder alignment, and adoption strategies, bringing clear recommendations and actionable guidance.
- Translate complex technology and operational initiatives into clear, concise communications, executive messaging, and actionable change roadmaps.
- Establish structure and drive momentum in ambiguous environments by quickly assessing needs, aligning stakeholders, and moving work forward.
- Design and deliver end-to-end OCM strategies, including change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement plans, communications, readiness planning, training strategy, and post-go-live reinforcement.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment sessions to clarify requirements, resolve concerns, and build shared ownership of outcomes.
- Integrate OCM workstreams with PMO timelines, governance structures, and program milestones to ensure alignment with overall delivery.
- Measure and communicate change effectiveness through adoption metrics, readiness indicators, feedback loops, and executive reporting.
- Deliver high-quality, client-ready outputs while operating independently and maintaining accountability for results.
- Take full accountability for workstream outcomes, ensuring OCM efforts directly support program success and business results.
Things to note:
This is a primarily remote position with periodic travel within the United States based on client engagement needs. While Pivot offers a flexible work environment, our flexibility is guided by the requirements of each client engagement, which may include occasional on-site collaboration with client teams.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these functions.

Requirements
Why we’ll love you:

- You have successfully led OCM workstreams for enterprise-scale transformations involving business process change and enabling technologies such as ERP, SaaS platforms, or enterprise systems.
- You demonstrate strong executive presence and are confident advising, influencing, and challenging senior leaders.
- You operate independently and take full ownership, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum without relying on direction or oversight.
- You think strategically and execute tactically, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and deliver high-quality, client-ready outputs.
- You bring strong business acumen and understand how technology, operations, and people intersect to drive business outcomes.
- You are adaptable and self-directed, comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving requirements in fast-paced consulting environments.

Why you’ll love us:
