BE A PART OF THE CONNECTION
You collaborate with vendors and internal teams to process client orders and resolve issues. As a senior member of the team, you mentor and train peers on processes and products and serve as a backup to team leads. Expect a high volume of interactions in an office environment including outbound calls, emails and meetings.

  • Simplify and enhance the client experience through quality client engagement.
  • Plan, manage and monitor order activities for complex service orders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute service implementations and solve client business service needs.
  • Partner with leadership to develop and maintain processes for business readiness testing of new enhancements.
  • Resolve complex issues as they relate to orders, initiatives or assigned projects.
  • Support the Sales team and boundary partners by serving as a point of contact for questions and order implementation assistance.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO Spectrum Business
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: Two or more years of data entry and Salesforce experience; Two or more years of experience in the telecommunications industry; Five or more years or experience in client service, order entry or order management.
  • Education: Associate degree or equivalent experience.
    Technical Skills: Familiar with Spectrum Business fiber-based products and services; Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Skills: Knowledge of order management processes and business rules; Presentation, organizational, prioritization, relationship building and English communication skills.
  • Abilities: Empathy when responding to common inquiries and concerns.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with advanced telephony or in the data industry.
  • Project management or project coordination experience.
