Senior Oracle Solutions Architect

Position Summary 

The Senior Solutions Architect is responsible for reviewing, designing and implementing end-to-end solutions in EBS. This position will interface with Business Analysts of various functions, business leads and technical team for understanding business requirements and developing solutions, test and deploy. This role is also required to review the solutions implemented or recommended by other functions and recommend best practices. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, design solution and implementation in Oracle EBS
• Review cross functional solutions for all enhancements and projects to ensure the Global solution/process is not impacted
• Configure systems for modules – Financials, Distribution, Logistics, Procurement
• Operations support and Finance support for any incidents/critical incidents
• Coordinate with Business for requirements and review solution/training 
• Coordinate with cross functional team and development for implementation solution
• Analyze project requirements and determine technical approach and programming required
• Support Oracle Applications Production environment (12i)
• Medium to High efficiency in pl/sql programming 
• Support business needs for system processing and availability.
• Participate in 24/7 department on-call program.

Knowledge & Skills

• Expert knowledge on On-prem EBS Oracle version 12.2.x and above.
• Implementation and support experience on EBS modules of all functions like Finance, Distribution, Pricing, Shipping, Inventory, Manufacturing and Service
• Experience multiple implementation cycles with multiple Languages, Ledgers, currency and countries.
• Strong understanding intercompany flow (IR/ISO), Dropship with mark up 
• Hands on configuration experience on all EBS modules
• Very good knowledge on EBS functionality and backend tables and data flow across different applications
• Ability to run projects end-to-end from gathering requirements to implementation.
• SQL/PLSQL working knowledge
• Expert knowledge of configuring EBS Systems
• Experience in Modules General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Inventory, Purchasing, OM, Shipping, Pricing, BOM, WIP, Service, Depot Repair and Install Base
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent collaboration skills and able to work in a team environment.
• Able to work quickly and effectively under pressure and to efficiently manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Minimum Qualifications, Education & Experience 

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related IT field required
• Minimum 20+ years of experience in Oracle EBS release 12 or higher.
• Multiple implementation cycles experience 

Work Environment

• This is largely a sedentary role. 
• This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
• Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time.

This role is based remotely; the incumbent may be remote in any state other than Colorado; California; Connecticut; Montana, Maine or New York.
