Job Title: Senior Oracle ERP/SCM Solution Architect

The organization is seeking a Senior Oracle ERP/SCM Solution Architect (18+ years experience, 8+ in Oracle Fusion) to act as the primary offshore anchor for large-scale global transformations. Operating with an Enterprise Architecture (EA) mindset, the successful candidate will ensure that multi-country Oracle rollouts seamlessly align with the organization’s broader technological strategy. This role bridges the gap between overarching corporate IT goals and offshore delivery execution, designing standardized architectures that accommodate localized statutory needs while directly advising global C-suite stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Global Solution Architecture & Enterprise Alignment

  • Define and own the end-to-end global template architecture for Oracle Fusion ERP and SCM applications, ensuring strict alignment with the organization's overarching Enterprise Architecture standards and long-term IT roadmap.
  • Design scalable, future-proof solutions that harmonize global business processes while adhering to country-specific statutory, tax, and localization requirements.
  • Evaluate complex business requirements to determine the optimal balance between standard Oracle functionality, PaaS extensions, and third-party integrations.

Offshore Anchor & Executive Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the primary client-facing Solution Architect based offshore, leading architectural workshops, design reviews, and strategic road mapping sessions directly with global CXOs and BU leaders.
  • Govern the overall offshore delivery quality, guiding functional and technical leads to ensure project execution does not deviate from the approved enterprise-wide architectural vision.
  • Manage complex stakeholder expectations across multiple time zones, translating intricate business challenges into clear technological solutions that support the company's multi-year strategic goals.

Multi-Country Rollout & AI-Led Delivery

  • Lead the strategy and execution of phased multi-country deployments, ensuring seamless transitions from a hybrid legacy platform to a modernized, organization-wide Oracle Cloud footprint.
  • Champion AI-led project delivery methodologies to drive compressed transformation timelines, leveraging artificial intelligence and automation tools to accelerate design, testing, data migration, and deployment phases.
  • Oversee data migration strategies, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization for complex global supply chain and financial operations.
  • Identify and mitigate architectural risks, cross-functional dependencies, an enterprise-wide integration bottlenecks early in the deployment lifecycle.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Total Experience: 18+ years of comprehensive experience in Oracle implementation, consulting, and architecture, including strong exposure to Enterprise Architecture governance. With a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience architecting and delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and SCM solutions.
  • Proven track record of leading at least three full-lifecycle, multi-country Oracle Cloud rollouts encompassing complex localizations (e.g., EMEA, LATAM, APAC).
  • Demonstrated experience integrating AI-driven delivery methodologies and automated accelerators to compress implementation timelines.
  • Deep, cross-functional expertise spanning both ERP (Financials, Procurement) and SCM (Order Management, Manufacturing, Inventory, Supply Chain Planning).
  • Extensive experience operating as a client-facing offshore anchor, successfully managing distributed delivery teams while interfacing directly with C-level executives and enterprise governance boards.
  • Exceptional executive-level communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build consensus among global stakeholders and justify architectural decisions against organizational strategy.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

  • Enterprise Architecture/ SCM certifications like APICS, TOGAF are highly preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Oracle PaaS (OIC, VBCS) to guide technical teams on enterprise-wide extensions and integration strategies.
  • Industry-specific expertise in manufacturing, high-tech, or retail sectors.
