This is a hybrid role that can be based in any of our three hub locations:
Fountain Valley, CA; Loveland, CO; or New York City. The Target Pay Range for this position in Loveland, CO is $107,800-$134,750 annually. The Target Pay Range for this position in NYC is $ 117,600- $147,000 annually. The Target Pay Range for this position in Fountain Valley, CA is $112,700-$140,875 annually. At Antech, pay decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, education, training and budget.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Engineer with hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and managing cloud solutions in OCI using Infrastructure as Code. Ideally, the candidate will have some familiarity or interest in Azure as well. As a key member of our Cloud Services team, you will lead the implementation of OCI-based infrastructure projects and provide cross-cloud support, contributing to our hybrid/multi-cloud strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure OCI environments (compute, storage, networking, identity, and databases).
Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
Monitor and optimize performance, cost, and availability across OCI workloads.
Implement security best practices including IAM policies, encryption, and network security controls.
Collaborate with architects, developers, and non-technical associates to support cloud modernization efforts.
Provide support and limited oversight of Microsoft Azure environments when there isn’t enough OCI work.
Troubleshoot complex issues related to connectivity, performance, and integration between OCI, Azure and on-premise systems.
Document system configurations, procedures, and operational runbooks.
Stay current with OCI updates and emerging best practices, while contributing to the team’s cloud strategy.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure roles, with at least 2–3 years focused on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Intermediate level of understanding and experience in Microsoft Azure services.
5+ years of experience supporting IT operations.
Strong understanding of OCI core services: Compute, Block/Object Storage, VCNs, Load Balancers, Databases, and OCI IAM.
Proficiency in scripting and automation (Shell, Python, PowerShell).
Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible and other automation tools
Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services.
Understanding of cloud security, governance, and compliance frameworks.
Ability to troubleshoot complex cloud issues and provide detailed root cause analysis.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Azure DevOps etc.).
Preferred OCI Architect Associate or Professional Certification and AZ-104 or better Azure certificate
Preferred experience working in hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Background in Oracle databases, Oracle Integration Cloud, and Fusion are a plus.

Work Environment:
The employee will primarily work in a typical office environment including use of cubicles, computers and overhead lighting. Temperature extremes will be minimal to nonexistent.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The employee will be required to use a computer, spreadsheets, database management, email, and the Internet. The employee is frequently required to use a calculator; fax, copy machine, and phone system.
