Neura Health is a nationwide, doctor-led practice built to eliminate the barriers between patients and life-changing care. As the country's leading virtual neurology clinic, we provide an all-in-one longitudinal platform where cutting-edge technology meets specialized expertise to manage the entire spectrum of neurological diseases. While traditional brick-and-mortar clinics are at a breaking point, forcing patients to endure dangerous 4-6 month wait times, Neura is scaling the nation’s largest virtual practice to deliver immediate access to the 145 million Americans in need. Through strategic partnerships with leading health systems, pharmaceutical innovators, and large clinics, as well as a direct-to-patient model, we are fundamentally transforming the referral landscape and reducing average wait time from 276 days to 5 days.
Our tech-enabled model provides a comprehensive, end-to-end experience that goes far beyond a standard consultation. We offer patients seamless access to personalized care plans and expert care navigation, ensuring no one has to manage their journey alone. This mission is powered by our multidisciplinary specialized care teams, which include world-class physicians, nurse practitioners, physician associates, and dedicated care coaches. We leverage AI-powered workflow optimization and continuous monitoring for everything from chronic headaches and epilepsy to complex memory disorders. Backed by $22M in funding from world-class investors, we are not just improving neurology; we are revolutionizing it. We are looking for purpose-driven innovators to join us in making high-quality brain health a reality for everyone.
About the Role
Neura Health is scaling its B2B partnerships rapidly — working with health systems, large clinic networks, and bespoke referral partners to bring patients into life-changing neurological care faster than ever before. As Senior Operations Manager, B2B Growth, you will be the operational backbone of this engine. You will own the end-to-end systems, processes, and people that make our partner integrations seamless, scalable, and high-performing.
This is not a passive process-documentation role. You will be directly accountable for driving Neura’s B2B visit volume — sitting at the intersection of operations and growth, working hand-in-hand with our Strategic Customer Success Manager to ensure every partner we bring on is set up to deliver patients at scale. You will build the infrastructure from the ground up: the SOPs, the training programs, the workflows, and the feedback loops that turn a new partnership into a repeatable, high-throughput referral channel.
If you are energized by building operational systems in fast-moving environments, thrive on owning outcomes end-to-end, and have deep experience in virtual or tech-enabled care delivery, this role was designed for you.
Responsibilities
- Drive B2B Visit Volume (Primary Metric): Own Neura’s B2B visit goals end-to-end. Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to identify volume gaps, remove operational friction, and ensure that each partnership is converting referrals into completed visits at target rates. This is the number you are ultimately accountable for.
- Partnership Implementation Management: Lead the operational onboarding of new B2B partners — health systems, large clinic networks, and bespoke referral arrangements. Define and execute implementation plans, coordinate across internal teams, and serve as the primary operational point of contact from signed contract through steady-state operations.
- SOP Development & Process Design: Build and own the standard operating procedures that govern how Neura works with partners. This includes referral intake and routing, patient enrollment, care handoffs, payment processing, and outbound referral workflows. Document these processes in a way that is clear, auditable, and trainable. Where possible, build scalable processes to make this process better and more efficient each time.
- Team Leadership & Training: Lead, develop, and scale a team of Membership Advisors and Care Concierge staff who execute the day-to-day patient workflows within B2B partnerships. Set performance expectations, run structured onboarding and ongoing training programs, and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement on your team.
- Cross-Functional Workflow Optimization: Work across Clinical Operations, Technology, and Finance to ensure that partner workflows are fully integrated into Neura’s systems. Identify bottlenecks, escalate issues, and drive resolution with a bias toward permanent fixes over workarounds.
- Referral & Payment Operations: Ensure that all referral flows — both inbound from partners and outbound back to partners — are processed accurately and efficiently. Oversee the operational side of partner payment processing, including reconciliation workflows and exception handling, in partnership with Finance.
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Establish and maintain operational dashboards to track partner performance, team productivity, and patient flow metrics. Use data to identify trends, surface risks early, and drive ongoing improvements to partner operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in virtual or tech-enabled care delivery; you understand the operational realities of delivering care outside of a traditional clinical setting and have built systems that work in that environment.
- Demonstrated experience in healthcare operations, implementation management, or B2B partnerships at a high-growth company. Bonus if you have worked directly with health systems or large clinic networks.
- Proven track record of building SOPs and operational processes from scratch — not just documenting what exists, but designing what should exist.
- Experience leading and developing frontline teams (enrollment, care coordination, patient services, or similar), including hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to run multiple partner implementations simultaneously without losing quality or speed.
- Data-driven approach to operations — you know how to define the right metrics, build the right dashboards, and use both to drive decisions.
- Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; you are equally comfortable presenting to an external health system partner and troubleshooting a workflow issue with an internal engineer.
- High ownership mentality — you see a problem, you own the fix, you follow through to outcome.
- Experience with referral management, care coordination, or revenue cycle workflows is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field is a plus.
