  • Serve as the primary post-signature partner contact, maintaining momentum from the sales process and delivering a high-quality onboarding experience
  • Translate partnership terms, operational requirements, and technical setup needs into clear onboarding plans and actionable internal workflows
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with teams including Marketing, Product, and Business Operations to capture partner-specific needs and execute accurately
  • Create and maintain partner-facing onboarding materials (for example, webinar decks, launch trackers, FAQs, enablement resources, and training content)

 The Experience You’ll Bring

  • Experience managing complex partner, client, or customer onboarding with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills, including managing competing priorities and time-sensitive deadlines across multiple launches
  • Ability to work autonomously, exercise sound judgment, and move work forward with limited oversight
  • A sales-minded onboarding approach, balancing urgency with a strong partner experience and driving adoption quickly after launch
  • Demonstrated ability to improve operational efficiency by streamlining workflows and building scalable processes
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills, including comfort communicating with senior-level audiences
  • Collaborative, solutions-oriented working style, with the ability to build relationships and drive accountability across stakeholders
