What You’ll Do:
  • Drive growth by meeting or exceeding annual sales and content targets.

  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with regional and local homebuilders.

  • Partner with customers to understand their business goals and position Realtor.com solutions to meet their needs.

  • Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and meetings that clearly communicate product value.

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to keep your pipeline full.

  • Monitor industry trends to anticipate shifts in budgets and strategic priorities.

What You’ll Bring:
  • 5+ years of sales experience, ideally within a homebuilding organization or similar industry.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and travel regionally, as needed.

  • A strong understanding of digital marketing and media in the new homes space (a big plus!).
