What you will do:
- Leading Customer interaction for technical discussions
- Assist in the development of a service proposal
- Participate in knowledge sharing activities
- Collect and document customer requirements
- Develop technical presentations and proposals, and perform customer presentations
- Identify add-on sales opportunities.
The skills you bring:
- Bachelor's degree of Communication Engineering or equivalent
- 8-10 years of experience in Ericsson RAN, 5G/4G/VOLTE
- Knowledge about the latest telecom RAN technologies, preferably working experience with LTE, VoLTE & 5G
- Hands-on and/or troubleshooting experience with the Ericsson RAN nodes is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal, cultural, social and presentation skills
- English Fluency
