This position is Remote and can be located anywhere in the United States.
You will be working Monday-Friday from 10am-7pm ET, with a rotating on-call schedule through a 6-person team (each engineer taking one week at a time).

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Network Services Engineer who is excited to tackle unique challenges, collaborate with an expert team, and continuously expand their technical knowledge.
You’ll work alongside a tight-knit team of skilled engineers, providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex network issues, and delivering outstanding service to thousands of customers – each with their own unique setup.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a level 3 support engineer, you’ll serve as a key escalation point for challenging tickets passed from Level 2 and troubleshoot high-level issues that impact our customer’s networks. You’ll also:
- Provide expert remote support for Cisco and Juniper-based environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex customer issues
- Contribute to product support evaluations and assist in professional service projects
- Proactively learn and adapt as new platforms, tools, and challenges arise
- Share knowledge and support team learning efforts
What You Bring to the Table:
We’re looking for someone who is both technically sharp and a collaborative problem solver:
- 3-5 years of experience working with enterprise networking gear
- Proven expertise with Cisco (Nexus, Catalyst, Meraki, ASA) and Juniper (EX, QFX, MX)
- Certifications required: Cisco CCNP/CCIE (R&S), CCNP Security/Wireless, and Juniper JNCIP-ENT
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, IPsec, SSL VPN, and related technologies
- Expertise configuring and troubleshooting VLAN, VTP, RTSP, Ether Channel, Inter-VLAN routing, HSRP, VRRP, Port Security, 802.1x, ACL, Policy-Map
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting Layer 2/3 network issues
- Familiarity with tools like Wireshark and other packet analyzers
- A growth mindset and desire to continuously upskill
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
