Job Description

About the role:

The Senior NA Strategic IL Account Manager is responsible for managing Strategic Global RFID channel accounts headquartered in North America, including maintaining strategic senior-level business relationships to help drive increased Avery Dennison loyalty and collaboration resulting in increased global share and RFID inlay sales growth. As a key team member within the Global IL channel organization, this role is accountable for ensuring all North America-based growth programs established with these Global IL accounts are seamlessly managed and executed. This position requires strong RFID technical acumen and close collaboration across the Global Retail, NA Materials, and Solutions Group teams to leverage Avery Dennison's full value and growth potential at these Global IL accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

This is a remote position.

  • Achieve growth targets and expand market share within assigned IL Focused Key Accounts through direct account management, leveraging Avery Dennison's complete portfolio (RFID & Materials) to maximize share and account stickiness while executing multi-year commercial strategies.

  • Identify and pursue high-value business opportunities to ensure a robust RFID pipeline, driving sales excellence through the adoption of standardized tools, processes, and value-selling methodologies.

  • Cultivate C-suite relationships across defined Key Accounts to solidify Avery Dennison as a preferred strategic partner and unlock new growth vectors through the AD Link Partner Program.

  • Lead complex commercial negotiations and high-stakes business reviews, ensuring profitable growth, long-term customer retention, and maximum account value.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, PLM, and Direct Segment Market Development teams to position compelling RFID value propositions, align global growth strategies, and maximize program-related revenue growth.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of RFID sales and/or business development experience with a proven track record of exceeding individual commercial targets.

  • Deep understanding of Intelligent Labels (RFID) technology and use cases, with experience working with System Integrators (SIs), Service Bureaus, converters, and end-user ecosystems highly preferred.

  • Expertise in complex negotiations, value-based selling, and translating technical/product innovation into commercial growth strategies.

  • Demonstrated success in owning revenue responsibilities, including developing go-to-market strategies that drive profitable growth and market share capture.

  • Exceptional ability to navigate and influence within a matrixed environment, strong interpersonal skills to cultivate C-suite relationships, and proven success collaborating with cross-functional peers.

Additional Information

Pay Transparency:

The salary range for this position is $82,000 - $123,200 / year. The hiring base salary range above represents what Avery Dennison reasonably expects to pay for this position as of the date of this posting. Actual salaries will vary within the range, and in some circumstances may be above or below the range, based on various factors including but not limited to a candidate’s relevant skills, experience, education and training, and location, as well as the job scope and complexity, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel required for the position, which may change depending on the candidate pool.
