About the RoleAre you a talented Motion Graphics/Animation Designer passionate about creating cutting-edge visual experiences? Advanced Systems Group is seeking a Senior Motion Graphics/Animation Designer to elevate our client's educational content and bring fresh creativity to every project. You’ll deliver standout graphics and animations for a variety of audiovisual projects. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and want to make a real impact, we want to hear from you!
Oversee and produce high-quality motion graphics/animations for both long and short form online educational content, from titles to fully animated videos
Animate type, characters, acting shots/scenes, shapes, poses, movements, etc.
Collaborate with designers, editors, and program managers on engaging projects
Partner with post-production team to develop and implement project solutions
Create full animations from start to finish, with attention to timing and pacing
Present your work for feedback and implement changes efficiently
Deliver final animations and videos on deadline, maintaining exceptional quality
Stay updated on the latest animation technologies, tools, and trends
Ensure assets within video projects are used correctly and are meeting proper brand specifications
Familiarity motion-adjacent workflows, such as design, illustration, video editing, and slide deck design
Ability to clearly and diplomatically communicate brand direction with stakeholders, team leads, and colleagues
6+ years experience working professionally as a motion graphics designer
Full proficiency in Adobe CS (After Effects, Illustrator, Premier, Photoshop)
Proven experience managing multiple high-priority projects under tight deadlines
Strong understanding of design fundamentals and the entire production process
Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives
Quick to adapt and respond to feedback and shifting priorities
Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
Demonstrated skill in building efficient motion graphics processes and workflows
Familiarity with working within brand guidelines and pushing creative boundaries
Excellent project management skills; ability to independently guide workload and prioritization
