Senior Media Strategist
Location: Remote / Virtual (EST work hours preferred; other time zones will be considered)

Job Description
Viamedia.ai, a leading provider of programmatic and digital media services for brands and agencies, is seeking a Senior Media Strategist with approximately 5 years of media experience to join their rapidly expanding Marketing and Sales organization. The Senior Media Strategist will oversee the day-to-day management of all inbound sales proposal requests in a player/coach position, managing direct reports while also producing high quality media plans. The role reports to the Director of Sales Marketing & Planning.
The Senior Media Strategist will successfully:
· Master the Viamedia.ai story with a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products, capabilities and differentiators
· Ensure end-to-end RFP process exceeds seller and client expectations while achieving company goals
· Operate as a player-coach, owning or contributing to strategic RFPs, building customized plans that deliver on campaign objectives
· Assist in managing media strategist(s), ensuring they achieve individual and company performance goals
· Build powerful presentations that bring proposal recommendations to life
· Liaise with Sales, Account Management and Ad-Operations teams to refine the planning process and identify growth opportunities
· Ensure all proposals and marketing collateral maintain Viamedia.ai’s brand standards, clearly communicating core strengths and our brand story
- Assist with the prioritization, development and rollout of sales collateral, including verticalized pitches, sales sheets and case studies
- Maintain detailed tracking and reporting on team progress, communicationg opportunities and challenges to team leadership
- Stay up-to-date on the latest market trends and capabilities, translating them to new strategies and tactics in client recommendations
- Monitor and track the competitive landscape, communicating updates to the broader organization
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in digital media buying, sales, sales marketing, brand marketing or Marketing role
- Previous digital media experience at a media agency, brand, ad-tech company or publisher is strongly preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of the overall advertising industry ecosystem – programmatic, TV/OTT, video, native, social and other digital channels
- Strong attention to detail with high standards for producing accurate, quality deliverables
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally, managing relationships with peers on other teams
- Excellent communication skills in English, Spanish a huge plus
- Passionate about managing a team and mentoring others
- Excellent ability to tell marketing stories using data and research
- Ability to work in an international environment and across multiple departments
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, DSP platforms & Project Mgmt platforms
