Summary
The Marketing Specialist at Credera will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand awareness by supporting key marketing disciplines: Brand Management, Communications, Thought Leadership Development, and Digital Marketing. This role is perfect for a collaborative individual with a knack for problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and an eagerness to contribute to the company’s growth through innovative marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Plan, write, post, track, and analyze social media content (50% of time)
- Develop and analyze employee advocacy initiatives (50% of time)
- Coordinate website updates, posts, and new page creation
- Support the development of thought leadership content such as podcasts, blogs, and videos
- Coordinate and develop case studies
- Research SEO opportunities
- Support and coordinate marketing events
- Plan and coordinate meetings
- Edit and proofread marketing materials
- Manage the Marketing Asset Request Process
- Conduct competitive analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, Marketing or Communications degree preferred
- 2+ years of marketing experience in an agency or corporate environment
- Analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written communication skills
- Collaborative and team-oriented attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite

Hybrid Working Model: Our employees have the flexibility to work remotely two days a week.
