Summary

The Marketing Specialist at Credera will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand awareness by supporting key marketing disciplines: Brand Management, Communications, Thought Leadership Development, and Digital Marketing. This role is perfect for a collaborative individual with a knack for problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and an eagerness to contribute to the company’s growth through innovative marketing strategies. 

Responsibilities

  • Plan, write, post, track, and analyze social media content (50% of time)
  • Develop and analyze employee advocacy initiatives (50% of time)
  • Coordinate website updates, posts, and new page creation
  • Support the development of thought leadership content such as podcasts, blogs, and videos
  • Coordinate and develop case studies
  • Research SEO opportunities
  • Support and coordinate marketing events
  • Plan and coordinate meetings
  • Edit and proofread marketing materials
  • Manage the Marketing Asset Request Process
  • Conduct competitive analysis

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Marketing or Communications degree preferred
  • 2+ years of marketing experience in an agency or corporate environment
  • Analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Collaborative and team-oriented attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite

Hybrid Working Model: Our employees have the flexibility to work remotely two days a week. We expect team members to spend three days in person, with the freedom to choose the days and times that best suit them, their project, and their teams. You'll collaborate with your project team to balance flexibility with the benefits of in-person connection, delivering outstanding results for our clients. Travel: For our consulting roles, our goal is to minimize travel, and most projects do not require extensive travel. While some projects may involve up to 80% travel for a period, the annual average for team members is typically 10%–30%.
