In this role, the Marketing Specialist will lead marketing initiatives for Intec Automation and New Equipment, driving the adoption of automated solutions across a global customer base. This is a hands-on, strategic B2B marketing position ideal for someone who excels in technical environments and can translate engineering capabilities into customer-focused value. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will drive an application-focused marketing approach, building messaging, collateral, and campaigns around real customer problems and the solutions Machine Solutions delivers. The role blends content development, campaign execution, and sales enablement while supporting scalable, high-impact marketing processes.
Summary of Required Qualifications, Skills & Behaviors
Qualifications and Core Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. MBA or equivalent business experience is a plus.
- B2B Marketing Expertise: 5+ years in B2B marketing, ideally within capital equipment, automation, or medical device manufacturing.
- Technical-to-Value Translation: Ability to convert engineering or technical product capabilities into clear customer-focused value propositions.
- Content Creation: Strong skills in writing, storytelling, and developing high-quality marketing assets (data sheets, brochures, case studies, presentations, website content, videos).
- Campaign Development: Experience creating and managing inbound/outbound campaigns, including LinkedIn ads, email workflows, and trade show promotions.
- Sales Enablement: Ability to build playbooks, battle cards, talk tracks, and standardized launch materials.
- Research & Market Analysis: Skilled at identifying customer needs, competitor insights, market opportunities, and application-based messaging.
- CRM & Martech Tools: Experience with HubSpot or similar CRMs/automation tools, WordPress, analytics dashboards, and comfort using AI marketing tools for content, optimization, and reporting.
- Project & Vendor Management: Able to oversee creative vendors (design, video, web), keeping projects on schedule and on budget.
- Brand Consistency: Understanding of brand evolution and rebranding initiatives across multiple product lines.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
This role involves prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and performing repetitive hand movements such as typing. Occasional standing, walking, and lifting to 20 pounds may be required. This role may involve periodic visits to manufacturing facilities, requiring adherence to safety protocols and the use of personal protective equipment.
This position may be based in an office near a manufacturing facility or remotely from a home office.
Compensation and Travel
Compensation range: $85,000 to $90,000 annually.
This position is remote within the United States and requires up to 25 percent travel.
