We’re seeking a Senior Data Analyst to design, build, and optimize our data infrastructure to empower teams across the company with timely, trusted, and actionable insights. You will sit at the intersection of engineering and analytics owning the transformation of raw data into clean, well-modeled datasets that drive decisions at scale. As a key member of the Marketing Analytics team, you'll collaborate with data engineers, analysts, data scientists, and business leaders to ensure data is well-structured, documented, governed, and easily accessible for self-service analytics and advanced use cases.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
·Build and maintain data models using SQL, Python (DataBricks), and dbt (or similar tools) that power dashboards, KPIs, and advanced analytics.
· Ensure data quality and trust through thoughtful testing, version control, documentation, monitoring practices and tools like dbt, Montecarlo, Metaplane.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into scalable data solutions.
· Build the semantic layer and define core business metrics to support consistent reporting across the organization.
· Perform in accordance with Risepoint Policies
· Perform other duties as assigned
