The Senior Marketing Manager will create integrated marketing campaigns, drive lead generation, manage budgets, and enhance collaboration with Sales and Product teams to boost pipeline and revenue.

We are looking for a Sr. Marketing Manager that will be responsible for building integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline for the sales team. They will be focused on driving high-quality account engagement thru the marketing/sales funnel that results in bookings and revenue for the business. Sr. Marketing Managers are results-driven, creative, and data-driven. They partner with Sales, BDRs, and across functions to ensure that our resources are maximized and we are supporting to drive new business at every touchpoint. They participate in regular team meetings/brainstorms and provide meaningful, actionable data to leadership.
What You'll Do:
- Integrated Campaign Strategy: Architect and lead high-impact demand generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies designed to scale Marketing Qualified Accounts (MQAs) and accelerate net-new pipeline
- Roadmap Management: Design and maintain a comprehensive annual marketing calendar that aligns campaign activities with key business milestones and seasonal growth opportunities.
- Strategic Stakeholder Management: Serve as a central advisor to executive leadership, providing clear, consistent communication on marketing program plans and historical performance benchmarks
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate as a strategic partner with Product Marketing, Brand, Sales, and Partner teams to co-create unified marketing strategies and seamless campaign launches
- BDR Partnership & Optimization: Forge a strong alliance with the BDR team to ensure high-quality lead delivery and proper follow-up, while building a continuous feedback loop to optimize hand-off efficiency.
- Agency & Budget Governance: Expertly manage strategic relationships with agencies and contractors, overseeing budgets and expectations to ensure high-quality, high-ROI delivery
- Performance Reporting: Act as the internal champion for campaign transparency, communicating real-time progress, insights, and results to the broader business to influence future growth initiatives
- Data-Driven Program Optimization: Leverage deep analytical insights to refine audience journeys and improve foundational metrics, ensuring every marketing dollar is optimized for revenue impact
- Agile Project Management: Provide hands-on leadership for multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring complex pipeline-building initiatives are executed on time and with precision
What You'll Bring:
- 6-8 years of professional experience (3+ years of experience in marketing)
- Start-up company experience is a plus
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field preferred OR equivalent work experience
- B2B (preferably SaaS) marketing experience
- Ability to manage budgets and analyze reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication, editing and proofreading skills
- Proficiency with Google Analytics
- Organizational and planning skills
- Experience with Marketing Automation systems (Marketo preferred)
- Proficiency in Salesforce
- Experience working directly with Sales teams
