Who We Are

Sureify’s mission is to modernize the life insurance and annuity industry by helping carriers acquire, service, and engage their customers through any distribution channel. Sureify’s products empower life insurance carriers, agents, employees, and customers to have the digital experiences employees and consumers have come to expect in the rapidly advancing tech climate.

We're seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team and help us share the Sureify story with our life and annuity prospect universe. In this role, you will be a key player in spreading brand awareness, supporting lead generation efforts, and orchestrating our marketing efforts to maximize effectiveness. This is an excellent opportunity for a versatile marketing generalist with a strategic mindset.

What You'll Do
  • Marketing Strategy Creation & Execution: Working closely with the Director of Product Marketing, you’ll participate in the creation of a comprehensive marketing plan and be responsible for bringing it to life via its channel execution.
  • Channel Orchestration: Own the day-to-day management and optimization of Sureify's marketing channels (e.g., digital, content, social media, and events).  Partner with digital, event, outreach, design, and sales teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of all marketing initiatives.
  • Project Management: Utilize your project planning skills to oversee multiple marketing initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring all components work together seamlessly and remain on budget and on time.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert: While you’ll serve as a marketing generalist, pending capacity, opportunities exist to also hone your skills as a marketing subject matter expert (e.g., copywriting, content creation, public relations, event planning, or marketing analytics).
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in a SaaS, B2B environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to see the "big picture" and manage campaigns from start to finish.
  • A strategic thinker who can translate business goals into effective marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in orchestrating and optimizing various marketing channels.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, especially sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • While not required, experience in the life and annuity insurance industry is a plus.

If you're a proactive, results-oriented marketing professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you.
