Role Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on, innovative Senior Marketing Manager with a track record of successfully developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, expand our customer base across multiple geographies, and accelerate revenue growth. This role is highly visible across the company and will lead a small team, requiring at least 3 years of managerial experience in attracting, coaching, developing, and retaining top talent. Fluency in English is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

·         Own the creation and management of top-notch marketing materials and campaigns.

·         Lead and mentor a small team of marketing professionals.

·         Effectively manage spend to maximize ROI.

·         Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

·         Proven experience in developing and executing successful comprehensive marketing strategies, including but not limited to online/social campaigns, in person events, professional marketing content development and management, and SEO.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         At least 3 years of managerial experience.

·         Strong leadership and team management skills.

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

·         Fluency in English.
