Job Overview

Coursera’s Enterprise Marketing team connects businesses, universities and governments with our world-class learning products, content and solutions. Enterprise Marketers play an important role in accelerating the growth and market share of the Enterprise Business globally with innovative marketing programs to attract, retain, and expand relationships across all segments. 

As the marketing lead for Coursera Enterprise supporting the LATAM region, you will work with the Global Demand Generation Team and LATAM Sales Leadership to drive business growth by generating leads and sales pipeline via multiple marketing channels. You have experience building campaigns and programs to reach decision makers within enterprise organizations. You possess strong organizational and project management skills, a data-driven and analytical approach, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to confidently design and execute in-person and online events and digital campaigns. You are a creative, motivated, and collaborative individual who values flexibility and the opportunity to make an impact.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, own and activate regional and vertical marketing strategy and plan aligned to business goals in partnership with demand marketing; digital marketing; customer marketing; product marketing; and PR/Comms teams
  • Achieve targets for quarterly marketing qualified leads and sales accepted opportunities and lead initiatives to optimize the performance of the marketing/sales funnel
  • Build, execute, measure and optimize integrated marketing campaigns to drive engagement with decision maker-level prospects via conferences, workshops, offline and online events, web properties, email marketing and content marketing
  • Work closely with sales development leaders to optimize follow-up of inbound leads and support outbound marketing campaigns with compelling messaging and offers
  • Work closely with the account management team to develop account based marketing strategies for expanding revenue from existing customers
  • Lead initiatives to optimize the performance of the marketing/sales funnel, analyze metrics, and deliver recommendations for improvement 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years Enterprise SaaS marketing experience in a fast-growth environment ideally with a focus on field marketing
  • Business fluency in both Spanish and English
  • Executive presence and engagement skills
  • Successfully launched multi-channel initiatives, including ABM, events, webinars, email, and paid media campaigns
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a distributed organization to plan, build, and execute complex campaigns and programs
  • Demonstrated experience with data-driven demand generation campaigns, and hands-on experience building and analyzing reports in CRM/analytics software. Marketo, Salesforce, Outreach, and Demandbase/6sense experience preferred
  • Track record of successfully managing multiple deadlines, with attention to detail

Nice to Haves

  • Proven experience across key marketing disciplines, including demand generation, brand and content, enablement, events, ABM and marketing technology
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with people across the company to gather the necessary information to execute campaigns and programs 
  • Exceptional organizational skills and great attention to detail
  • Experience in a high-growth, globally matrixed Enterprise SaaS organization, navigating complex internal and external stakeholders

Compensation

This role is available in the following US Pay Zones:

US Zone 3: $115,472 - $135,850

US Zone 4: $107,397- $126,350
