It’s a strategic position designed to align innovation, commercialization, and execution for maximum impact.

This is an opportunity to shape the future of Smart Robotics. We’re looking for a visionary product leader to own the GTM strategy for JR’s AI and Digital portfolio, driving precision in how we launch, position, and scale innovations that sit at the intersection of data, care, and technology. • Partner with R&D, clinical, enterprise digital, and commercial teams to shape product roadmaps, evidence generation strategy, and innovation pipeline.
  • Lead commercialization planning including launch excellence, sales enablement, pricing strategies, and economic value analysis for digital and data offerings.
  • Provide strategic direction and enablement to the sales organization through training, communications, and development of playbooks.
  • Define and track KPIs, adoption metrics, and success criteria for data-driven offerings; conduct post-launch analysis and implement lessons learned.
  • Forecast sales, adoption, and revenue growth, recommending proactive adjustments based on market conditions and product lifecycle.
  • Oversee multi-channel strategy and assess opportunities to expand reach through digital platforms, developer communities, or data marketplaces.
  • Ensure customer responsiveness by leveraging feedback and usage patterns to improve product usability, engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, representing the voice of the customer and aligning decisions across marketing, R&D, and enterprise digital.
  • Build thought leadership around AI, digital, and data innovation, strengthening brand credibility in the medtech space.

What you need (Required):

  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex insights into go-to-market strategy preferably using ‘Big Picture’ marketing
  • Experience partnering with R&D or technical teams to shape product vision
