Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead a comprehensive multi-quarter website strategy that prioritizes high-impact initiatives to drive conversion and improve the customer experience
- Partner closely with Personalization Lead on the end-to-end "Media-to-Site" journey, ensuring seamless alignment between external advertising messaging and onsite landing experiences to reduce friction and bounce rates
- Lead the development of a site merchandising calendar informed by campaigns, product launches and optimization initiatives
- Partner with Testing Lead to not just "run tests," but to extract actionable business insights and help scale impactful test wins
- Transform data into strategic narratives; proactively identify opportunities by using web analytics, heat maps and customer feedback
- Act as a strategic consultant to the Brand, Go-To-Market and Internal Creative Agency, ensuring that creative excellence is balanced with UX best practices and performance requirements
- Maintain a pulse on the streaming and telecommunications landscape to ensure DISH and Sling remain at the forefront of digital commerce innovation
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field; an MBA or advanced certifications in Digital Strategy/Analytics is a plus
- 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing, site merchandising, or e-commerce, with a proven track record of managing high-traffic web properties and delivering measurable conversion growth
Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in not only implementing campaigns but also owning the end-to-end strategy, from initial hypothesis to post-launch optimization
- Understanding of Product workflows, UX/UI design principles and content strategy best practices to effectively bridge the gap between marketing and IT
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics) or similar enterprise-grade CMS and personalization engines
- Analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data from tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or Quantum Metric into insights and actionable strategies
- Strong interpersonal skills with a "consultative" approach; ability to influence cross-functional partners (Product, Media, Creative) and build consensus around strategic priorities
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing digital roadmaps and the ability to pivot priorities in a fast-paced environment
