Senior Events ManagerWe are seeking an experienced, strategic Senior Events Manager to join our Marketing team and lead the execution of Intapp's most high-impact events. This role is the creative and operational force behind Amplify — Intapp's flagship conference — and a key driver of how we show up across the broader events portfolio. You bring a strong content lens, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to orchestrate complex, multi-stakeholder productions from concept to completion.What You Will Do :Amplify Flagship Event Ownership
  • Own end-to-end production for Amplify — including venue, programming, speakers, sponsors, and attendee experience
  • Develop and drive the content agenda in partnership with marketing and product leadership, ensuring programming reflects Intapp's thought leadership and strategic priorities
  • Lead sponsor relations and fulfillment, delivering a premium experience that reinforces key partnerships
  • Oversee all logistics, run of show, and on-site execution to deliver a seamless, world-class attendee experience
  • Act as the event producer and primary conduit between content and execution — translating programming vision into precise operational plans and ensuring every creative decision is backed by a flawless logistics strategy
Event Portfolio Management
  • Plan and execute a portfolio of owned and industry events, managing all aspects from strategy and logistics to stakeholder coordination and post-event reporting
  • Develop detailed event briefs, project plans, timelines, and budgets for each program
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned events, ensuring consistent quality and brand alignment across every touchpoint
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with marketing, product, sales, and executive leadership to align event programming with business objectives
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution
  • Gather and incorporate stakeholder feedback to continuously elevate the quality of future events
Measurement & Optimization
  • Use data and post-event analysis to evaluate ROI, attendee engagement, and overall event effectiveness
  • Prepare detailed post-event reports and implement improvements based on findings
  • Partner with marketing operations to ensure event outcomes are accurately tracked and attributed in the CRM
What You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in event management, with a proven track record of producing large-scale flagship or conference-style events end-to-end
  • Strong content and programming instincts — experience developing agendas, curating speakers, and shaping attendee journeys
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously
  • Experience managing sponsor relationships and delivering sponsor fulfillment programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency in event management platforms and project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and perform under tight deadlines
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site at events as needed
