We’re seeking a Marketing Engagement Manager to elevate our engagement strategies and drive deeper connections with our community.
About the Role:The Marketing Engagement Manager will oversee strategic engagement initiatives, including the Fluxx Community site, tradeshows, customer roadshows, webinars, podcasts, and other marketing channels. You will be the bridge between Fluxx, our customers, and the broader community, championing connection, advocacy, and engagement.
As the lead architect of our community engagement strategy, you will create and execute programs that amplify the voice of our users, share best practices, and foster meaningful interactions that align with Fluxx’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:- Fluxx Community Site Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the community platform, ensuring dynamic and engaging content while fostering user interaction.
- Help to develop content and encouraging our community to share best practices and success stories
- Event Strategy:
- Plan and execute customer roadshows, tradeshows, and webinars to build engagement and thought leadership.
- Drive Fluxx’s presence at key industry events, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.
- Content Production: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to produce high-value content for webinars, podcasts, and social media that resonates with our audience.
- Metrics and ROI Tracking: Establish and track key performance indicators to measure the success of engagement initiatives, refining strategies based on insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, customer success, and GTM teams to align engagement initiatives with company goals and customer needs.
- 4+ years of experience in community management, marketing engagement, or event strategy for a SaaS or technology company.
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful engagement programs, from in-person events to digital campaigns.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content and messaging.
- Deep understanding of how marketing, product, and customer success intersect to influence user experiences.
- Strong project management skills, with an ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver results on time.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to set benchmarks and measure success.
- Passionate about building relationships and fostering community connections.
- Creative thinker who brings fresh ideas to drive engagement and innovation.
- Alignment with Fluxx’s mission to transform philanthropy and create lasting impact.
6-Month Milestones:
- Build relationships with key customers and advocates.
- Launch a clear engagement strategy for community growth, with measurable ROI metrics.
- Plan and execute at least four successful events (roadshow, tradeshow, or webinar).
12-Month Milestones:
- Establish a thriving online community with consistent activity and user-generated content.
- Develop a customer advocacy program with measurable impact.
- Increase engagement through digital content, supported by trackable performance metrics.
- Partner with product and customer success to improve customer satisfaction (measured by NPS or other engagement KPIs).
Salary:
The expected annual base salary for this role is $78,000-$90,000. The base pay range is subject to change in the future.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on, but not limited to (a) location; (b) individual candidate skills and qualifications; and (c) individual candidate experience.
Fluxx is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. We take a market-based approach to pay which may vary depending on your location. Locations are categorized into one of three zones based on a cost of labor index for that geographic location and our compensation philosophy.
