- As our Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator, you'll take the lead in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives that drive measurable business growth. From managing paid media and improving website performance to coordinating marketing automation and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll play a key role in delivering impactful marketing outcomes for one of our Australian clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage and improve Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
- Optimize website SEO, user experience, and conversion performance.
- Coordinate social media scheduling and content publishing.
- Manage website updates using WordPress.
- Build, maintain, and optimize CRM and marketing automation campaigns.
- Prepare campaign performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate marketing projects with designers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Support a remote marketing team in delivering digital initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement across marketing campaigns and customer journeys.
Requirements
Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Digital marketing or Marketing Coordination.
- Strong experience managing paid media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager
- WordPress
- CRM platforms
- Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of SEO and website optimization.
- Excellent project coordination and organizational skills.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):
- Experience within education, training, Registered Training Organizations (RTOs), or another compliance-focused industry.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms.
- Experience supporting cross-functional or remote marketing teams.
